Can clients log in and track their event?
Yes. A client workspace can show the services selected for their event, progress, approvals, resubmissions and change requests without exposing your internal operational data.
Can EICOS manage suppliers, RFQs and quotations?
Yes. EICOS is built to support supplier management, enquiries, RFQs, quotation tracking, comparison, deposits, deadlines, deliverables and follow-up.
What is Opportunity Radar?
Opportunity Radar helps your team discover and research relevant companies and opportunities. Daily credits and research depth depend on the selected subscription plan.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
You add a payment method when starting the trial. No payment is taken that day. Your selected subscription is charged automatically after seven days unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Can I cancel during the free trial?
Yes. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. Your trial access remains available until the trial expiry time.
What happens if a subscription payment fails?
Stripe may retry the payment and send a secure payment-update request. EICOS may restrict paid access while a billing issue remains unresolved.
Can I add more users later?
Yes. You can move to a higher plan when your team grows, and Enterprise provides custom user and workspace capacity.
Is there an Enterprise plan?
Yes. Enterprise is sales-assisted and can include custom capacity, integrations, onboarding, support and usage volumes.
Can I use EICOS on mobile?
